We have a range of in-house 3D printers to communicate & visualise design ideas, whether you are developing a new product range or even if you require end-user parts.
Our large format printers allow us to produce models, parts and production runs in a large range of materials, on a huge scale, with some very exciting possibilities. We also print in resin & wax for small scale high accuracy parts, such as jewellery.
3D PRINTING
Our team comes from a wide variety of creative backgrounds, boasting an array of skills; from sculpture and furniture design, to graphic design and illustration. These skills all contribute towards a broad range of capabilities within digital design applications, allowing us to create conceptual or technical visuals for all sorts of projects. We are able to produce original 2D and 3D renders and visualisations, with physical end-use in mind throughout the process, ensuring a solid product design from the start.
DIGITAL DESIGN
We are able to put the finishing touches on projects with a large variety of different surface finishes, including:
Polyurea coating (Tough & Flexible), Resin Hard-coating, Chrome plating, Metal plating (gold, silver, etc.), Specialist paint finishes, Integrated lighting effects, Vinyl wrapping/custom graphics, Hydro-dipping, Flocking, and more...

SPECIALIST FINISHES
Our 3D scanners analyse real world objects or environments to collect data on its shape and appearance. Using this data we are able to construct 3D models which can be used for 3D printing, CNC milling and reverse engineering.
One exciting aspect of 3D scanning is that we are able to capture an object and then scale it up or down digitally before fabricating a monumental or miniature version.
3D SCANNING
Our 7 axis CNC milling robot can be programmed to replicate or make almost anything, using digital models to create identical 3D sculptures, to nearly any scale.
Models are typically produced in high density polystyrene and can range from sculpture enlargements and replicas, to promotional items, props or sets. Depending on requirements we can mill from Polystyrene, PU Modelling Board, Wood, and some other more experimental materials.
