DIGITAL SCULPTING
& CAD
Once the design has been briefed we will likely utilise our digital sculpting & CAD software to create a working digital model.
3D SCANNING & DIGITISATION
It is also possible to acquire 3D data via 3D scanning, which we can then use directly for fabrication, or even for reverse-engineering.
ROBOTIC CNC MILLING
When the design has been finalised and production method agreed upon, we may use our 7-axis CNC to carve from a variety of materials.
The final design may lend itself to 3D printing rather than CNC milling. In these cases we can utilise our large-format printers with a max print size of 1.6m.
LARGE FORMAT 3D PRINTING
DEVELOPMENT & PROTOTYPING
In most cases, design iterations will be developed digitally, but in other cases we are able to quickly produce physical prototypes in-house using our 3D printers.
